The air conditioners worked perfectly to cool the environment in the cold nights of -17°C that we had. The shower is excellent, with plenty of fresh water, although the area needs a little updating. The internet is basic, but works for simple navigation, which was expected. The morning coffee is excellent, and the croissant is simply fantastic, a delicious surprise! Although it is not a cheap stay, the cost-benefit is excellent, especially considering the inexpensive experience. Umbrellas, transfer trolleys, games, etc etc. Everything you need to have a good time. When you arrive from the cabin to the main house, someone immediately comes out to greet and assist you. In the room there is a refrigerator with soda and water and also assorted tea and something sweet. The person in charge of this Pristine, Yolanda, solves any need. A detail that complements this 10 !!!! The check out was in the morning and our flight left at 21:00. We were allowed, since the room was not occupied, to stay until departure. This does not happen in all hotels and we appreciate it. EVERY PESO IT IS WORTH IS COMPENSATED. A 10 FOR THE COURAGE TO GAMBLE IN SUCH A DIFFICULT COUNTRY.
